Mde Woolheater’s Bio

 

Mde Woolheater is beginning her eighth year teaching French in Georgia Public Schools. She was one of the first French teachers that began the elementary school pilot programs in Atlanta Public Schools. She taught 3 years at Peechtree Battle Elementary (funded by the PTA), 3 years at Warren T. Jackson (APS), and this is her second year at Hopewell MS.

Mde Woolheater holds a Bachelor of Arts and Teaching Certificate in French (with a minor in History) from Georgia State University.  She is a fully certified French Teacher in the State of Georgia and a native French speaker coming to us from our Caribbean neighbor of Haiti.
