I grew up in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  I received my undergraduate degree in Physical Education from Berry College.  I am in my 20th year of teaching Health and Physical Education.

I am married and I have two boys: Sean is a Freshman at South Forsyth High School and Ryan is a 6th grader at Vickery Creek Middle School.
