Project Requirements

You will create a web site in which you review an imaginary restaurant that serves food from a Spanish speaking country. You web site will include a total of 6 pages: 3 pages in Spanish and 3 identical pages in English. Specific requirements are as follows:

 

· 3 web pages written in Spanish. One page for each of the following: (20 points)

· Restaurant review page

· what you ordered

· a review of the food you ate

· a review of the service provided by the waiter, cook and other restaurant staff.

· a description of the table setting

· a discussion of the restaurants pricing—how much your meal cost, etc.

· Menu page

· sample menu with food items

· photos or clip art illustrating menu items. Pictures should be labeled

· prices

· Recipe page

· a recipe for one item on the menu

· English translation of each of the 3 pages listed above. (Your web site will include a total of 6 pages—3 in English and 3 identical pages in Spanish) (20 points)

· Appropriate graphics (photos, clip art, original graphics) (5 points)

· Aesthetics (Visual Appeal) (5 points)

· Graphic elements and layout enhance the message

· Graphic elements do not distract from the message

· Inclusion of Spanish vocabulary words (10 points)

· Spanish and English writing mechanics (20 points)

· Grammar

· Spelling

· Sentence Structure

· Vocabulary

· Web site is complete and all unnecessary text boxes or graphics have been removed from the template. (5 points)
