Text Box: Duke TIPS Program We will begin indentifying current 7th grade students who are eligible to participate in the DUKE TIPS Program. This is a talents search seeking intellectually gifted students to participate in the 30th Anniversary of the program.  Students are deemed eligible if they have scored a 95% or higher on approved nationally normed test’s subtests. Eligible students may apply to take either the ACT or SAT test as 7th graders.  We will send home an eligibility letter and applications for those 7th graders we were able to determine to be eligible.
