HOPEWELL MIDDLE SCHOOL PUBLICITY RELEASE FORM

 

 

 

Throughout the school year the Fulton County School System and local schools conduct activities that may be publicized through local or national news media.

 

 

_____ I grant permission for my child to participate in any publicity activities events sponsored by the local school or school system.  Such activities may include interview sessions with news reporters; photographs for newspapers or various school system publications including newsletters, calendars and brochures; videotaping for local and national television view casts, cable programming, and school system or local schools.  Permission is granted for as long as my child is enrolled at Hopewell Middle School.

 

 

_____ My child may not participate in any publicity activities for events sponsored by the local school or the school system.
