Description of the Crafts

What is Magnetic Poetry?	Using words cut out from magazines and recycled magnets, students will create their own mini-set of magnetic poetry to decorate their lockers.
What are Stone Magnets?	Students will search for pictures in magazines to glue to the back of a clear stone.  Attach a magnet and you a paper holder for your locker!
What are Leaf Journals?	Students will collect, dry, and use leaves to decorate the cover of a notebook or journal.
What is Plastic Canvas?	A variety of crafts can be made using plastic canvas and yarn—We will present several ideas and let students select their favorite.
What is a Mosaic Flower Pot?	Using plastic mosaic pieces, students will adorn a terra cotta flower pot with a design of their choice.
What are we planting?	After completing the flower pots, you will plant a flower or herb in each one for you to take home and enjoy!
